can anybody help me,i have no money to pay bills,i am phycologicaly depressed and suffer from schizophrenia.i currently receive goverment money of in come support.my bank account is very overdrawn and my next payment is gone as of when it enter's my account.this was due to a screw-up by the e-bank paypal.if anybody can help me please contact me,please
